DVI-I is the Digital Video Interface - Integrated, means DVI interface that transmits both analog and digital video signals. The signals from DVI-I interface can be converted to VGA signals using DVI to VGA adapter, or converted to HDMI signals (without audio information) using DVI-HDMI adapter.
