tsMuxeR, aka Transport Stream Muxer, is a free utility that allows you to remux/mux various format of streams including  EVO/VOB/MPG, MKV/MKA, TS, M2TS to TS to M2TS.  It supports video codecs including H.264, VC-1, MPEG2 and audio codecs AAC, AC3 / E-AC3(DD+), DTS/DTS-HD. It supports TS, M2TS, Blu-ray output  formats.
